Prevention of ulcers that may be caused by some painkillers (such as ibuprofen and diclofenac). Usual dose Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions carefully when taking this medicine. The usual recommended dose is: For ulcer treatment: One capsule (150 mg) in the morning and one capsule (150 mg) in the evening, or two capsules (300 mg) as a single dose in the evening, for 4 weeks.
