Description: It can be used as an expectorant in the case of a productive cough (containing phlegm). It also facilitates the expulsion of phlegm and relieves the severity of a tiring, intermittent cough by clearing the airways. How to use Mentex syrup Shake well before use. Adults: 1 teaspoon 3 times daily or as directed by a doctor. Children (6 years and older): Depending on age and weight, half a teaspoon 2-3 times daily or as directed by the doctor. Doses may be changed in special circumstances, so always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist. If you take more medicine than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital immediately. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for a missed dose.
